Melnik is a wine region/village south, near the border of Greece.
Three Secret Service agents posing with Melnik's village idiot...
Hike up the the wine cave (there's a house atop that cliff on the right. Kev said it looked like a Bond villain's secret hideout)...
Nice place to taste wine with view over village...
Entering the wine cave...
Mitko, the 5th generation in his family to work this winery. He had strong opinions on naming children, government "bureaucration", non-cow cheese, and above all else, cheese with mold, "Why eat blue cheese?! Crazy!"
Cool place to taste Melnik's own wine
Nice dinner
Cute village scene

Responsible gents we are, here is our driver, Svetly. He was great. Answered our barrage of questions for the 1 hour drive.
Looking at that table with the three of you and the casks in the background and wishing I didn't have to leave to soon. A fabulous place to drink wine, it seems -
